University Center

This office and retail complex is ideally located at the corner of University Avenue across from New Mexico State University.  The architecture is a thoughtful response to the aesthetics of the University Corridor and allows for individual identity between each owner.  The street facades are scaled to attract pedestrians from the high traffic sidewalks and step back to provide an additional walkway in front of the buildings.  The 21,000 square feet of office and retail area allows for multiple combinations of space uses within the complex.  Studio D was initially hired to perform architectural services for the shell buildings and continues to work with the client for the tenant improvements.  The complex currently houses a small bank, Starbucks Coffee, professional offices, shops, and cafes.
